Your steps do not show on mfp. But if your caloric output ends up greater than expected it will automatically add fitbit exercise to your mfp feed.

    Connect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit

In the MFP app, go to More > Steps and choose Fitbit.

You can learn more in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users

    https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1996035--steps-not-showing-correctly-
We have received an increased number of reports stating that members steps are not syncing correctly to the app. We are currently investigating this issue, and hope to get it sorted shortly.

At this time you may see incorrect step counts from all step partners on the home screen of the MyFitnessPal app.

For now please refrain from unlinking and relinking the apps as this will not resolve the issues.

    Again our apologies.

You have to go to your home page, then "Check in" to see your actual Fitbit steps. The diary and homepage only show if you have earned any calories from your steps.

Hi all, by the of the day it worked so it might have been the bug. It feels like I jumping back and forth a bit between the two apps. I have been on both for a long time but each have evolved and each have better features than the other in certain ways. Together they are helping a lot. Thanks for the input!!
