Other than a protein shake (which I do have after every workout), I'd have to say chicken. Big time. Juicy chicken breast with only a pinch of salt. Nom nom nom!

I crave fruit after weights. Not sure if that is normal but if I can get my hands on some in season berries I am in heaven. Other than that I love big fist fulls of shredded ham. Yup, I go to the deli meat box, grab a wad and nom nom nom. A dainty lady I is.

Lol I would eat with you

Post lifting - usually eggs and spinach
    Post run - peanut butter
Post long run - what ever I am craving - usually ends up being chocolate pop-tarts or reese's cups.

After a long ride when I've been eating huge amounts of carbs I love to cook a 3 egg omelette with chorizo, onion and strong cheese.
Quick, very tasty, plenty of protein and a nice "real food" contrast compared to the snacks and carbs drinks needed to fuel a long cycle.

I have never been an oatmeal guy, but a Reese's PB chocolate oatmeal might get me to change my mind.

Honestly? This may not be the best but a bowl of honey nut cheerios with cut up strawberries..I go mountain biking as a form of excersise and its pretty intense and a bit of sugar and carb keeps me from getting sick after
