Injured list

hiya. I tore my ACL and had surgery about a month ago. I'm trying to lose the weight I gained on top of the weight I was trying to lose before my injury, all while not being able to do more than ride a stationary bike for a few minutes! Any other injuries out there going stir crazy? Let's motivate to eat healthier and get better!

    Broken fib checking in.

    I can walk, cycle, lift, etc.
    I just can't run and hiking is probably still off my list for another couple of weeks.

    Good thing weight loss can happen through diet alone.

    I feel like I'm always injured because I run. (Sore achillies as we speak!) Do you have a gym you can go to? You can always do things for upper body while your acl is healing!

    Just watch your food intake very carefully. As lishie_rebooted stated above, diet alone can get that weight gone!
