I'm 30lbs into my journey

I started on MFP in Jan 2015 and I have lost 30lbs and still have 10 more to go.
This week however I have been starving like I have never felt before. I have had the odd day here or there that I felt a little hungry but this is like I haven't eaten in weeks.
Has anyone else had this and what did you do to try and satisfy the hunger?

    That's over a pound a week. It's at least conceivable that you just don't have enough fat to make up the caloric difference anymore and you just need to eat more.

    The times when I've been hungry and out of calories, I just drank some flavored water and coped with it.

    How many calories are you eating a day? Are you exercising? If so, are you eating any of those calories back? Do you choose foods that increase satiety?

    I eat 1200 calories a day and exercise and eat back half of those. I have protein at every meal with lots of veggies and greens to try and make me satisfied and full. I haven't had this in the past 5 months so it is strange for me.
    Believe me I still have enough fat to go around.... LOL
    I am currently 5'6.5 at 160lbs.
