looking for motivation

Hi my name is amanda,im turning 33 next month.i have let myself go physically over the past 2 years becoming a heavy drinker.my goal weight is 120..im currently 150..i just don't have energy...what can i do to kickstart my energy and weight loss???

    Start slow. Go for daily walks for 10-20 minutes, when you get comfortable with that, go for longer walks and then add some resistance training.
