What's the best protein to get ..I've been using whey gold standard .. It's time for a change ☺️

    I love MTS Machine Whey - Peanut Butter Fluff and Caramelsutra. Tastes amazing but is a little pricey. Dymatize has all good flavors as well.

    I have to say I'm in love with 1st phorm and their proteins. I'm currently using level one in ice cream sandwich flavor (delicious). They're not super cheap but definitely not shakeology expensive either. It's straight protein with no fillers and cooked on a low heat. Their product is top of the line in my book! They have a good variety too. Their "phormula one" (another type of protein powder) even comes in cinnamon toast crunch flavor. I'll be ordering that one next! I almost feel guilty when I have a shake, it tastes like it's so bad for you.

    That 1st phorm stuff sounds and looks amazing. I've never seen it before. Crazy expensive though. $50+ship for 32 servings. That's $1.56 per scoop. MTS is $55+ship for 67 scoops. That's $0.82 per scoop. Dymatize is $52+ship for 62 scoops. That's $0.84 per scoop.

    Generally you get what you pay for. I used to use shakeology then moved to synthia 6 (about $30) when I couldn't afford the $130/bag of shakeology anymore. But I didn't feel like synthia 6 was doing a good job. Then my nutritionist suggested 1st phorm. It's expensive but I'd rather pay $50 then $130 and feel the same positive effects and know I'm putting good pure protein into my body. Just what works for me I guess.
