Normally when I go to the gym and take a bootcamp class I log it under Cardio for 30 with like strength and core training and add the calories burned..... I started using the Fitbit Flex with is linked to my MFP since the bootcamp is a little bit of cardio, strength training and core work and sometimes we are standing in place and other running some do I still count that like normal on top of the steps from my flex band on do I take the band off during the class?

You can learn more in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
Leave your Fitbit on, and log your class either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time, so you never "double dip" your burns.0
