Ready to start my journey

Hi all!
I recently decided that I need to start being healthy. My problem is that I'm not sure where to start. I've gone to the gym a few times and I want to go a lot more but I'm not really sure how to workout, or what I should be doing when I do workout, all I know is I hate to run lol. I also don't know how to eat healthy or what steps to take to start eating healthy.
