What is your routine workout daily?

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question, What is your routine?

    Monday - Legs & glutes + 15-25 minutes of cardio.
    Tuesday - 45+ minutes of cardio.
    Wednesday - Arms/back/abs/chest + 15-25 minutes of cardio.
    Thursday - Lower body again + 15-25 minutes of cardio.
    Friday - 45+ minutes of cardio.
    Saturday - Upper body again + 15-30 minutes of cardio.

    Sometimes throughout the week I'll throw in some at-home glute exercises in the evening as well.

    Every morning I do a quick 15 - 30 min workout, usually HIIT or a run but sometimes I'll do a zumba video too.

    Mon: Shoulders/Back, Chest, & Core 30 - 60 min.
    Tues: 30 - 45 min. run
    Wed: Full Body 30 - 60 min.
    Thurs: 30 - 45 min. run
    Fri: Legs, Glutes, & Arms 30 - 60 min.
    Sat: Cardio - Zumba, Hiking, Run, Kayaking, Archery
    Sun: Lightly active day

    Monday: Back and abs
    Tuesday: Chest and circuit training (my cardio)
    Wednesday: Legs and abs
    Thursday: Shoulders and circuit training (my cardio)
    Friday:Arms and abs
    Weekends = Beer and pizza :p

    I don't have a set routine, it generally looks like the below, but sometimes I lift instead on cardio days or my rest day will move.

    Monday = Personal Trainer
    Tuesday = Cardio or Yoga (depends how I feel)
    Wednesday = Rest
    Thursday = Cardio (Zumba or Dance)
    Friday = Personal Trainer
    Saturday = Zumba
    Sunday = Zumba

    NOTE: Work during the week changes things as I sometimes have to teach at night or early morning. I teach computer systems for my Global company and well not everyone can attend class during normal US business hours.
