Met my goal!

Nine months ago (September 1st to June 1st) I began this lifestyle change. I've worked out 6 days a week (that's 250 hours) and maintained a 1,200 to 1,500 calorie diet. I've chipped away at this every day. As a result, I've lost my goal of 40 lbs and have toned my muscles. As I approach my 47th birthday Wednesday, I'm happy to say I feel better now than I did on my 40th birthday. I will continue to maintain - keeping my body strong and healthy!!
