My name is Michelle McKay and I am new to using Fitness Pal on a daily basis. My Dr put me on a lean and green diet for a month, and I have to track everything on here so I will have a food diary.
So I thought everything is better with friends!
I live in Phoenix Arizona with my husband and daughter. I work as Clerical Support for a law office.
I love cooking, doing crafts, snuggling with my furry babies (3 cats & 1 dog) and bargain shopping!
I would love to find other folks in my area who want to exercise together, that is the one thing I seem to skip. I can cook healthy, measure & weigh my food, but I haven't found the exercise that I love and can't live without. LOL
I weigh 260lbs and need to lose between 80 and 100 lbs to be healthier and much happier. I have type 2 diabetes, high BP, high col, just too many weight related health issues.
So if anyone wants to message me and be a fitness pal, let me know. The more the merrier! LOL
