Hi- hope everyone is having a good day

I am struggling.. I need some advice

Ever feel like you have gotten into a rut ? How do you kick start your weight loss back up ?

I work 2 jobs and my schedule is far from easy.

Any advice ?

    Make sure you're logging everything accurately and honestly, including using a food scale if need be. Prelogging and meal planning if you have time for that. Find time to get a bit of exercise in, even if it's during your work hours.

    You dont really describe your rut or much about your situation, but recommiting and reviewing your plan is a good start. Make a few changes to freshen it up and then decide whether you need to phase it in or just get back at it.
