Good oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup water or milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
Mix and put in fridge overnight
In the morning add berries of your choice I mix it up one day berries the next flaxseed and granola,1/2 teaspoon. Brown sugar whatever you like. High in fibre and so easy to make. Enjoy!
