FAT:Where does it go?

Ok, so we're knockin off the weight. The fat is disappearing. So where does the fat go? Does it get burned up? Does it get drained out with your pee? I read something where we actually breathe it out but that didn't seem logical, but I'm no scientist.

So, how does the fat leave the body?
