21 year old female, want to lose 45lbs!

Hi everyone! I'm new to MFP, so thought I'd introduce myself! I'm Krisi, 21 years old, living in Cornwall, UK. I'm currently 5"7 and 204lbs and want to get down to a healthy weight (160). I only started taking my 'weight loss journey' seriously 4 days ago but have already lost 1 lb! (not much, but every little helps right?)
I'm cutting back on calories and making much healthier choices. I'm aiming to exercise at least 5 times a week for 20 minutes a day to start with, gradually building up as I get used to it (it's been a long time since I've done anything close to regular exercise).
I'd love to hear from anyone with similar goals or stats, or just anyone who wants to share tips/make friends
