Hi Friends,
I have been on MyFittnespal for five years. I am still 24 down from my original weight and making a brand new start with a new determination. I have struggled with my weight all of my life.
Just like many of you, I have tried a bazillion different diets. At one point I got so discouraged here, that I deleted my account. When I signed back up I only let a couple of folks know. Now I want to tell the whole world that I am 60 and happy and working hard to live a healthy, lighter life.
