Do people check theirs ??
I dont very often,
but in keto, i thought it prudent to check my blood pressure which came back 120 / 79 on an average of two measurements and i inadvertantly noticed the heart rate of 49 bpm on the bottom of the display... counted manualy via pulse - 49.
That is a massive drop from the 64 bpm six months ago before i started lifting weights and one i wasnt expecting as i d always assumed cardio by its shear nature would be better for fitness.
I m really curious to know whether lifting or cardio is better for fitness - any info ??

Oh gawd, another cardio vs lifting...
Both of them are good for your fitness, as a matter of fact the CDC recommends that you do both.
