Easy, tasty and healthy snack

This is a small recipe for cucumbers and salsa. Cucumbers are a great summer snack. This can also be used as a spread for parties or as a salad to take on the go.
Serving: 1 person.
—1/2 of a small lime (lemons are ok too, but it's a slightly different flavor.
—1 cucumber, peeled and diced.
—Salsa Valentina. (Don't use Tabasco sauce for this. Tapatio might work). You can find this salsa in Mexican grocery stores, liquors or delis. It's a mild salsa.
Put the diced cucumbers in a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice on them and sprinkle salsa as you like. Valentina is a mild salsa.
