Hi

Well, I haven't been following any type of regiment or careful healthier eating and my weight has increased. Hoping I can use this message board for inspiration and tips. I managed to get my profile set up, count my calories today and ride my bike for an hour. Hi everyone.... Need to lose 47 lbs.

    HI! I have been on this journey for a month now. In that time, I have lost 20 pounds. I also count my calories. I have found portion control is the key, at least for myself anyway. I walk daily--either outside or at the gym! Good luck!
