Lost 98 pounds. now what do i focus on now?

Hey guys my name's Dustin and last year I weighed 264 I had high blood pressure and sleep apnea.

Do after some dentle work I decided to start getting in shape well after about 9 months

Ok 166 pounds..not sure what my bmi is. Do while this is happening I have significantly lost strength and I don't have the tone look I'm looking for.
Should I bulk a little while and cut again or do i I keep cutting till I see some stomach muscles bulging? I'm at about 1000.calories a day which I've been doing for months along with intermittent fasting.I think im close maybe 10 more pounds? Do other people achieve abs at 5 9 166 or larger?
