i am new to this app an was wondering if it is at all possible to get a insight from people as to what to avoid and what to aim towards (food wise).

As I train for my fight I am working out atleast 4 times a week an my biggest handicap is not being able to provide a simple basic food plan for myself.

Also feel free to add me if you wish so
