Hi everyone, since I started losing, I've lost around a stone, some weeks I was losing five pounds. But now I'm losing one or two pounds a week. I was hoping someone could give me some ideas on how to increase this again? I'm losing motivation.

I wish I was losing that much still!!! But it's just your body adjusting. It's a healthy weight loss. At the beginning your body has no idea what the heck is going on, but once it figures things out a bit, then things slow down. Just keep going. You'll get there eventually!0

So it's normal? Sorry haha I'm new at this, just disappointing to see it go down so drastically! Thank you so much xx0

The initial weightloss is water weight. To lose 1 pound you need a deficit of 3500 calories. 1-2 pounds a week is actually a pretty good and fast weight loss. You didn't gain the weight overnight afterall.0

I never thought of it like that. Thank you x0
