I need help. During the day I have no problem logging my food but after I come home from work I feel like it's a free for all. I need more will power in telling myself no.

    I know that feeling. It can be so hard!! Have you tried to pre make your meals, so that when you get home, you've got what you need?

    For me the key is doing the food shopping regularly and having healthy foods on hand. Also I carry a snack for the commute home so I am not totally starving when I walk in the door.
