Cook it, obviously lol
But anyone got any simple tips on how to eat it? I don't have the time, energy or inclination to marinate it in 27 different herbs, spices and Guatamalan Snail Shell Extract overnight on the 3rd Wednesday of every alternate month, I want to cook it as simply as possible, eat it, and get on with my day.

I add it to dishes that would normally have meat or tofu, since it has a slightly meaty texture. So start with recipes you already use. You can eat it raw and plain like tofu, so no special prep is necessary for safety reasons.... but obviously some sauce or seasoning is best since the flavor is rather plain. If you boil it for 10 minutes or so it will get softer, which is useful if you think the texture isn't to your liking.

Tempeh is awesome, one of my favorite recipes is to make tempeh reubens, we use the veganaise as the base for the 1,000 Island dressing, but I heat the tempeh in a non stick pan, then I make the sandwich or salad, with the saurcrout, swiss cheese (or vegan swiss), and dressing. Really good. Or, you can cube the Tempeh and cook in a stir fry. If you buy a good Tempeh - Litelife has good ones, you can substitute it for many meat meals.

Good question. I always wondered that myself. :)
