My deadlift routine has gotten stale. I usually do a nice warmup of 10-15 reps/2-3 sets with a moderate weight (sumo, romanian, standard), and then start adding some serious weight (i keep adding until i can only get 3-4 reps, then i hang out.thete for 3 sets)
problem is, i've totally stalled. my max has been 2x295# for months. ive taken a long break, and it hasnt changed. ive tried pusing through-nothing changed. its not getting easier, or harder, and i can take weight.off and hit the same reps for that weigjt, but if i add weight, i.get stuck.
So deadlifters, any plateau breaking tips?

I'm not too sure what a dead lift is, but maybe try updating your iPod with some fresh tunes! That usually helps me. Good luck!0

ill look into 5/3/1, but i already eat 2800+ calories a day. unless i start my day with half a jug of peanit butter, aint happening.
and i dont have an ipod, nor do i listen to music while i lift0
