question, i use my phone to count my steps. I also used c25k when to run!! I have my phone with me when running. What info is supposed to count? The steps or the running app? To me is combining both. Thanks

@Jessiemno What to count depends on what activity level is set at, sedentary, lightly active, etc.. I would lean towards keeping the C25K info since it is definitively above whatever your daily activity level is set to be. If the step counting is just to see how far you travel in a day as part of your daily activities, those should not be counted as they would be counted in a lightly active or above setting. Unless you are attempting to take extra steps, then track those as well. Hope that helps.

I normally just delete the calories burnt from just walking at the end of the day and leave what I burn during my run. Just at the bottom of your diary or in the exercise tab. Especially because I don't do a ton of other activity so it's not a big deal. Plus I still know how many steps I did.0
