I'm 20 years old trying to be a healthier version of me. I'm on my way of eating healthier and exercising more. I would love some mfp friends to give me ideas on what else I could do. I would love to see other people's progress and be able to have friends that all inspire each other in this.

Try keto diet for a month. Follow carbs:protein:fat ratio as 5%:35%:60%. Drink minimum 6-7liters of water. Then you will be inspiration for others. For more info search ketogenic diet on Google. Also calculate your macronutrients byvsearching micro nutrient calculator on Google. No carbs strictly. Best Of Luck if you are gonna do this.0

Train high intensity workout, minimum 1:30hrs daily & no cardio, as muscles burn more fat.0
