My two nieces are staying over for several weeks. For one thing or another I couldn't find time to work out in the last couple of days, and it sucks because I'm restless and HUNGRY! I miss the 300-400 extra calories allowance that I get from exercise. If something prevents me from running tonight, we'll see drama at the house...

Are they old enough to go with you? If not for running how about just walking or going to a park and throwing a ball around. You will be surprised how many calories you can burn by active playing with children. Have fun and don't slip back into old habits. You can still do this.0
