Whatever you like really... You're looking for food that tastes great you need to learn how to cook really... can make a shoe taste good if you put the right stuff on it. Things that will keep you full for longer are proteins in my opinion.
Salmon is kind of high in calories as in oatmeal - they are "good" calories but they are both on the high side (in my opinion)0 -
Do you have your grocery store's ad (or find it online)? Perhaps you could peruse the sales and see what jumps out and looks good to you?0

You need to cook with things like onions, garlic, peppers. Those make just about anything taste good! Herbs and spices are important too to keep things interesting.
Chicken
Lean beef
peanut butter
apples
nuts
beans
raw veggies like carrots, cucumbers, peppers
hummus
eggs, eggs, eggs (I love eggs)
whole wheat bread
rice cakes
bananas
watermelon
cantaloupe
strawberries
grapes
tomatoes
Lettuce (spinach and green leaf are my go to's)
Zucchini and/ or yellow squash
Greek yogurt
quinoa
Here's a good start. I would suggest taking your time in the store and really looking at the offerings. Read the labels. There's no telling what you might discover.0 -
