Hi all! Looking to give & receive support ..a little about me, I'd like to lose 20-25lbs long term, but every pound down is okay in my book! I have that typical 8-5 desk job, and just started with an online trainer (today is day 5 & I haven't missed a beat yet,) I'm just nervous that after a week or 2 I'll fall off this high/kick and be at square one yet again please feel free to add me!
