what are your favorite "fit" foods/meals? I'm in need of some tasty easy ways to get more protein!


....on a side note I'm always looking for new friends to keep me motivated

    Tuna fish with cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and eggs are my goto sources of protein.

    frozen banana + almond milk + unflavored bulk protein powder + cinnamon = a great smoothie

    Quinoa salad- my 2 usual variations are red pepper, celery, chickpeas, cumin Or greek with cherry tomatoes, feta, oregano.
    Lentil vegetable soup- make in big batches and freeze for my lunches.
    Spinach salad with hard boiled egg or tuna

    PB2 stirred into cereal (quinoa, 10-grain cereal, etc.).

    Snap peas.

    "lite" salami

    Beef jerky

    Deli lunch meat.

    I take a container of plain greek yogurt, mix in several scoops of protein, add a few fillers - frozen banana, crushed almonds, etc. - pour the mixture into ramekins and then put it in the freezer. A great evening snack that's an alternative to ice cream.
