I don't usually let myself eat past 6 but me and mum stayed up watching TV till 3:30 am, and of course I was exhausted today. It didn't really hit me till the evening and I ate about 400 calories too many
I actually ate how I used to eat 2 months ago before starting with my weight loss. So really I'm just gonna try to make up for it by having a low calorie weekend. Ahh there were just so many yummy chocolate leftovers from a week of celebrations. This is my second big slip up in this whole 2 months so it's kind of frustrating because I know that I could've easily avoided it. Does anyone else have these days? How do you go about making sure it doesn't happen again?

I think you can fix the whole issue by going to bed at a more reasonable hour. Quality sleep is important for a healthy body and a well functioning brain. Far more important than watching TV.0
