Hey what's up guys? My goal for now is to lose 40 pounds. Reachable goal? Yayyyy or nayyyy? I can eat right but don't know how to exercise at all.

Very reachable with discipline and hard work. 40 pounds is going to require a definite lifestyle change. It can't be a temporary change or you will fail to see longterm results. Now go get it!0

Not a problem. Eat up to your calorie goal and once you get a handle on controlling your intake, work on the exercise thing. Walking and moving around more is a great start.0

You can do it! I'm down almost 200

That depends on how much you weigh now and what your goal weight is... if losing 40lbs would put you underweight, then that's not a good idea. If not, then go for it. I've lost 58lbs barely exercising at all0
