I'm new to this app and exercising world. I go to the gym 4 days a week and I also do my daily walks at night. I'm trying to loose weight and get my body back after having 5 kids. If anyone want to mentor me please send me a message thank you.

    Hey Hient48! Welcome to MFP. FIVE kids? Wow, woman. You totally rock. I've only got two, and some days I feel like I can't keep up!

    It's great that you're exercising more, but don't do so much so quickly that you get burnt out and give up. :) Exercise is for health, your diet (and by diet, I mean whatever foods you eat... not a specific way of eating) is for your weight. I lost most of my 70 pounds prior to starting any exercise program. Then found running and started doing that for fun and fitness (and so I could drink more beer and eat more cookies.... I totally love food). Good luck!
