I'm new to this app and exercising world. I go to the gym 4 days a week and I also do my daily walks at night. I'm trying to loose weight and get my body back after having 5 kids. If anyone want to mentor me please send me a message thank you.

Hey Hient48! Welcome to MFP. FIVE kids? Wow, woman. You totally rock. I've only got two, and some days I feel like I can't keep up!
It's great that you're exercising more, but don't do so much so quickly that you get burnt out and give up. Exercise is for health, your diet (and by diet, I mean whatever foods you eat... not a specific way of eating) is for your weight. I lost most of my 70 pounds prior to starting any exercise program. Then found running and started doing that for fun and fitness (and so I could drink more beer and eat more cookies.... I totally love food). Good luck!0
