I'm 5ft 9 weighing 140 pounds- my goals are to gain muscle. Am I right to maintain my weight or gain my weight? I will be starting a flexible dieting regime but I was getting confused!! I love food and I don't want to lose weight - I train mainly using weights. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

In order to build muscle, your body needs more calories than if it were to just maintain itself. Don't eat 10k calories a day, but eat more than 1500 (or whatever your TDEE is)0
