Fitness books recommendations

Hello Everyone,
I wanting to know if anyone has any book they would recommend to use as a fitness guide. What I’m looking for is something that will help explain how to drop weight and tone the body. But the kicker is a “Do it at home” book. Because I don’t have a lot of time to get to a gym but I really want to get more active and fit. So what suggestions do you have?

Why a book? I thin dvds would be more helpful. Try the biggest looser dvds and books. They work pretty well. And if you cook, get a weight watchers "complete cookbook" for healthy and yummy recipes.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a good one.
You can also check out all those free videos on youtube and exerciseTV that can help you create your own routine.0 -
go to beachbody.com and pick out a workout there. I have heard that insanity is good. I'm doing Power 900
