So this is how my weight has looked for the last year. starting with last June 2012 I was at 164.8 and that was a total loss of 60.2 lbs from when I had started the year before that in 2011. so last june I was at 60 lbs lost and this is how it went after that....
6-20-12= 164.8
7-20-12= 156
down 8.8
8-13-12= 159.8----up 3.8
9-14-12= 158.2----down 1.6
10-25-12- 161.4---up 3.2
11-26-12= 166
up 4.6
12-28-12= 172----up 6
01-06-13= 172
no change
02-20-13= 176
up 4
03-20-13= 173.2---down 2.8
05-23-13= 180
up 6.8
06-13-13= 181 ----up 1

Started at 225 on aug 2011--
--by end of year one, 7-20-12 I lost 69 lbs and was at 156--
--by today (almost a year later) I have gained 24 lbs and am at 180.....

so that is a total net loss of 45 lbs since august 2011, 2 years ago. and this is why Im depressed with myself. But I am still trying. I just wanted to lay it all out there

Understandable because we can be our own harshest critic. From an outsider's point-of-view, you are miles ahead of most people. 1) You are keeping on and keeping track 2) You obviously aren't giving up or you wouldn't be here. The game is never over until you say it's over. 3) You have, on average, lost 22.5 lbs each year for the last two years.

    Hang in there. Persistence pays.
  • you are doing awesome, I dont want anyone to even know where I am at, I weigh more now STILL than i did the day I gave birth to my daughter ( who by the way is 22 years old) so dont be down on yourself, you have done an amazing job!!! we all fall short, we just get up and start again..... I wish I had half the motivation and support ( HOME) as I do on MFP. Be proud of how far you have come. ;o)
