Hey everyone. I am 29yo, a mother of 3, and need to get myself back into shape.
I am 5'1" and 216lbs. (Ouch is right).
Any pointers, tips? I am clueless when it comes to all of this. I used to be in great shape, and ran everyday.
Because of some medical reasons, running isn't a possibility anymore. I am more than able to work out, walk, and exercise though.

Welcome to MFP! I absolutely love this site! It's very easy to log all your food, water, exercise, etc. The support here is wonderful and the accountability is perfect!
