Hi my name is Deb. I think yesterday was my wake up call. I have depression and bipolar and I'm on a new med that causes significant weight gain. 30 lbs in 2 months. I can't afford to gain any weight at all. I know if I don't do something now I'm going to die at a young age. I never thought I'd get this way. I want to live to see my children have children so I have to do this. I can use all the support and prayers everyone can muster up. Any encouragement will be welcomed as I see a very hard climb ahead
