    If you are making it yourself you need to weigh out all of your ingredients and use the recipe builder to work out the calories. If it is a restaurant meal look for their nutrition information on line or find a similar item from a comparable restaurant and use that to estimate.

    Probably anywhere from 250 to 1200 or so.

    Most of the calories are in the wrap and the size and ingredients of the wrap can vary considerably. The creole sauce will vary depending on how much oil is in it. Who is making the wrap?
