Try new things!

I have had weights in my hands and feet pounding on the ground since before I ever joined the Army. Once I was in I did repetitive things for years, until I got out and decided to try something new. Don't get hung up on what works for me or someone else. Try it all! Go buy a fitness mag or three look for a boot camp or some kind of aerobics, Yoga, high intensity training or whatever! Don't just read it, apply it. Most of these you can go at home, if your like me and have a small gym you can probably go them all. Don't be scared the least you could do is find some new workout you would like to do once a week. Better yet what happens when your in a family vaca and don't have time for a gym but have 20 minutes in your room. Use your time get creative people! Plenty of people have taken time to write about millions of works out stop thinking about if it's right for me just try it
