    Did anyone know we had a BMI day here at work and I came in at 24? did I also share my bp and cholesterol and all my other ish was on point?

    wasn't I just sharing the good news on the healthier me? I likely hadn't shared I was pre hypertensive and hypertensive on BP for a decade and can you believe I was very shocked at the reading today?
