isn't it good you had that checked out? Did you know my problem is that I tend to fall asleep on the couch or while I'm reading with the boy and then wake up and have to go to bed?0 -
It is a good thing I got checked isn't it? Did you know I sleep like a rock now and feel so much better when I get up at 3:30am to go to the gym?0

Do you think it's to much? Is lifting for an hour and then doing 45min to 60 min of cardio in the morning and then 45 min of cardio to much? Did you know it's helping me shed the pounds like water off a ducks back?0

But don't you want to do something that is sustainable in the long run? Isn't it common to overdo it at the gym and dieting when trying to shed pounds but in the long run you want something that can become a lifestyle and not burn you out?0

Could it be my goal weight is a ways off and once I start getting close then I can figure out how to maintain? Did you know my goal weight is 65 to 70 lbs away?0
