Isn't it though? And besides the exercise benefit, don't you also get firewood for the winter out of it?

Since I'm unable to get back to sleep, should I just get up and make coffee?

Did you ever get sleep? Or coffee?

Why are there so many questions left unanswered?

Can't I answer one? Wasn't I able to get back to sleep a little after 7 and slept until about 5 minutes ago?

Is one hour of sleep enough?

Isn't it coffee that keeps you from sleeping?

    Maybe for a nap? 😂

Isn't that too long for a nap? Too short for a night's sleep?
So what can we call it? 🤔

@silverstar65, Don't I stop drinking coffee in the afternoon?

@Cat0703a and @frankwbrown, isn't that exactly right? Isn't an hour a nice amount of time for a nap?

Aren’t my naps 1.5-2 hours on Saturday? 🙈

I used to think 20-30 minutes is about right for a nap, but now I think isn't an hour about right?
Has my internal clock slowed down? Or has the world sped up?

Are you thrilled that two ~18-year-old Canadian-born women are playing in the US Open Women's Final?
Aren't they threatening to take the spotlight away from Djokovic and his attempt at a calendar Grand Slam?

Would you believe I can't nap and don't understand the desire to nap?. Isn't it wasting the sunshine?

Have you never needed a nap at 3 o'clock in the morning? 😯

Thrilled may be too exuberant of a word? Might I be more pleased for young talent instead?

Would you change your mind if you woke at 5am (at the latest) daily, including weekends? 🥴

Or if you habitually woke up between 1 and 2am and were awake for a couple of hours? Wouldn't a nap later in the day (if possible) be wonderful? Couldn't you nap in the sunshine so as not to waste it?

Doesn't napping in the sunshine qualify as "getting your vitamin D"?

Are you sold on naps yet @Alinouveau2?

Isn’t it also the only time my family doesn’t need me for anything but if I’m reading or in the kitchen stress chopping aren’t there suddenly many questions or requests?

Shall we call napping self preservation time? 😂

    Isn't preserving one's self extremely important? 😄

Doesn't that remind me of this Grook by Piet Hein (whom I love):
    The universe may
be as great as they say
    but it wouldn't be missed
    if it didn't exist

, don't I love that kind of humor?

Would you believe I just can't nap? Don't I often wake up randomly through the night and if I'm tired I just have caffeine and sugar?

You're not one of those people who can nap right after a big cup of coffee?

I can nap while drinking coffee, can't everyone? 😂

Aren’t I a card carrying member of that club? Yet if I have coffee too late, can you believe I’m not able to sleep? 🤔🙄

Would you believe the people working on my street hit a gas line earlier? Isn't it good that I parked my car a block away after school drop off cause no one is going anywhere on my street right now?
