Won't you accept my congratulations @frankwbrown? Isn't losing 100 lbs a great accomplishment? Do you think MFP knows you'll get back down to 229.5 so they've left it for encouragement? Or motivation maybe?

If we all posted our questions twice, wouldn’t we get to page 5,000 a lot faster?

    Is that your goal?

@cmsienk what does 11 hours of sleep feel like? Doesn’t that sound heavenly right now?

Isn't it as heavenly as you'd imagine? Don't I feel completely rested and ready to tackle the mess that my home has become?

Did any of you see the GM Factory Zero grand opening in the news? Wasn't that what I was working on this past Tuesday (my 17.5 hour workday) and Wednesday?

Frank, are you clairvoyant? Can you see me enjoying my first cup of the day?

Isn't that the only possible explanation? As opposed to just being somewhat familiar with your habits based on a significant number of your posts over the past month or so? 🤣

Aren't I wondering what tomorrow's weight will be like, given that we are celebrating my brother's birthday later today at a fancy restaurant? Haven't I already gazed at their menu and decided on chicken cordon bleu? So didn't I have just a protein shake and protein bar for breakfast, hoping to save some calories for later?

Don't I congratulate you on that work? Shouldn't we all cheer that GM is finally getting back on board with electric cars? Weren't they ahead of the pack back in 1996 with the EV1, before they shamefully destroyed them all? (Have you seen the documentary "Who Killed the Electric Car?", or its sequel "The Revenge of the Electric Car"?)

    (disclaimer: aren't I the proud owner of a Tesla Model Y?) 😃

@cmsienk, were you happy with the rollout? Hasn’t my news been focussed on the local flooding so I missed it? But with our state of emergency including restricted gas, isn’t owning an electric vehicle bringing me less worry?

@frankwbrown how was the cordon bleu?

Wasn't it a crazy event with the guest of honor's team making a lot of last minute changes?

Are you happy it’s done since it sounds like it was a lot of work??

Wasn't the cordon bleu delicious, as was the garlic mashed potatoes and garlic carrots, and... the crab cakes appetizer, and... a few bites of the Chocolate Silk Mousse and the Crème Brûlée? 😋
And wasn't I pleasantly surprised this morning, when I weighed the same as yesterday? 😀

Aren't I most definitely happy it's done? Didn't I need that 11 hours of sleep on Thursday? Aren't I now trying to figure out why my dryer (which my phone ironically auto-corrected to 'diet') isn't working? How does my phone know I gained a pound??

Don’t our phones know everything since they are constantly spying on us? 🥸

Frank, doesn’t that all sound amazing???

Doesn't it? And don't I have a 2nd get together planned today, with take n' bake pizzas, and this awesome chocolate truffle cake for dessert? 😋

What will I weigh tomorrow morning, I wonder? 🤔😂

Do you think the phone would start suggesting other amazing cakes for him to try? Doesn’t that cake look decadent??? 🤤

Do you know how I know I’m not awake? Didn’t I put my cup of coffee on to brew but never retrieved it? Do you think that because the smell didn’t remind me that perhaps I also forgot to hit the button? 🤦‍♀️

@cmsienk, since my phone talks to my scale on a daily basis, doesn't it have a real good idea of my weight trend?

    @Cat0703a, haven't I done that too? Aren't I cracking up?

Shouldn't I hide my desserts from my phone, so it doesn't nag me? 😂

Shouldn't you just send them to me and I'll keep them away from your phone? 😜
  • frankwbrown
    frankwbrown Posts: 13,955 Member
Sure, as long as you don't keep them away from me, right? 😂

Won't we share and not let our phones know anything about it?

Don't I think my computer is less interested in my diet than my phone because it keeps sending me suggestions for desserts when I'm looking up recipes? 😅

Which is more evil, I wonder? The one that mocks you or the one that tries to sabotage you?

Is anyone else using their clothes dryer that they fixed without the help of a repairman? 😁

Do you need new wheels and/or rails?

Don't I just need a 1/2" button, so I can use the nylon twine I already have to secure the wheel (in its track) to the rack, where the button will function as a securing clip?
Haven't I just lived with it because I know how to avoid it falling apart, but my visiting niece had a problem with it, so hasn't that got me thinking it's about time I fixed it?
Hasn't your dryer repair given me additional inspiration?
