Time yes, but would you believe no money? More to the point, wasn't I running late this morning due to hitting the snooze too many times, so I left the house without preparing lunch, figuring I'd buy something here? Wasn't I pleased to discover upon arrival at work that I left my wallet at home? Does this qualify as a new-age plan for losing weight?
Wouldn't that be better described as an old-age plan, i.e. forgetfulness?

Yes, couldn't that answer have been much more wrong than it was? But if one is awake due to insomnia, isn't the suggestion to get more sleep not exactly wrong but not exactly helpful either? 🤔😂
How helpful would it be if I told my doctor, "I can't sleep. What should I do?" and he responded with "Get more sleep."? 🤣0 -
