Were you asking me to do this? Do you know I have so much work to do before tomorrow morning that I'm doing some of it on the plane? Didn't I buy the wifi so that I wouldn't have to do it in my room tonight? Aren't I, thankfully, halfway done so I took a break to come here?

Well let's assume that you walk at a pace of 2-3 mph and take ~2,500 steps per mile, then wouldn't it take you about 1.3-2 hours to hit 10,000?1 -

I did get a DEXA scan, didn't I? Wasn't there good news and bad news?
Wasn't I happy or disappointed, comparing this scan to the one I got last October 1st, depending on what I was looking at?- good news: haven't I lost another ~12 lbs of fat mass? π
- bad news: didn't I also lose ~5 lbs of lean mass? π
- good news: isn't my visceral adipose tissue down another couple pounds to 3.08 lbs? π
- good news: isn't the visceral adipose tissue volume down from 146 to 90 cubic inches? π
- bad news: isn't my percent body fat still around 29%? π
- will I ever get down to <25% body fat? π€

Doesn't my work not allow anything electronic which records to be brought into the office, which includes step counters and smart watches? Don't I have zero idea how many steps I actually accumulate on a regular basis?
And @frankwbrown didn't you know there are two ways to look slimmer: lose an inch on the waist, or gain an inch on the shoulders? Why don't you join me on the muscle-building regime rather than grow increasingly frustrated with the waist-slimming regimen?

Isn't frustration a much easier methodology, if less effective? π
But haven't I already bumped up my resistance in my current routine, and don't I plan to double the sessions per week (alternating upper/lower body), adding more machines for neglected muscle groups?0 -
While machines make a great intro to bodybuilding, don't I prefer the use of free weights?0
