Well, raisins are dried grapes and both coffee beans and cocoa beans grow on trees, so doesn't that mean you're enjoying a fruit-based diet? 🤔😂

Shoot, we "celebrated" with chocolate chip cookies a few days early and are currently out...will peanut butter cookies work as a substitute?

Wouldn't it be peanut butter day somewhere in the world?

or should we celebrate harmony between cookies, as well as between countries - therefore any cookie of any flavour is a worthy celebration? B)

Can I interrupt to say how happy I am about you guys carrying the torch so well??

Isnt this a post from the OP of the very beginning?

Wasnt your original question "how long do you think this thread will last?"

did you ever imagine the answer would be well over 4000 pages and 7 years??

Did you do research to uncover this fact, @paperpudding ? Or is it a well known piece of info around here?

    How was your weekend @frankwbrown?

Wasn't it great? Was yours as well?
Aren't I psyched up enough that I'm thinking about doing, or trying to do, a 10K run -- that means walk/jog for me -- next weekend at Bear Creek Half Marathon/10K/5K, which is taking place at Briones Regional Park? Doesn't the description of the course say there's "lots of hills"? lol 😂

Doesn't that look like a cool course?

Don't I think my weekend was a little more restful than yours? Don't I have to get back at it exercise-wise?

If you want to do a marathon, you can always start with "baby steps", can't you? 😂
Isn't that what I've been doing?

Don't I agree that would be great? Wouldn't I bring some of my favorite sparkling water with me to drink on the sidelines?

Do you mean a ticket to participate? 😅

@cmsienk, doesn’t that bring me back to my teen years? How did I not know they still made those?

Wasn't I glad to see it back on the shelf at my supermarket? I think they made a comeback in the early 2000s, but a crowd-funding push in 2013 brought them fully back. Supposedly there's a new flavor out - Summer Strawberry - but I haven't been able to find it.

Since my Lear jet is in the hanger for maintenance, wasn't I thinking a ticket for Canadian Air? 😂
But, of course, you'd want one of the invaluable medals, in which case won't you have to participate?
But aren't you entitled to a medal for any distance, including the 5K, and aren't you given enough time to walk it? 🤔

Am I not trying to find enough wild blackberries to make a cobbler? Don't I wish they all would ripen at the same time?

Growing up, my dad made award-winning boysenberry jam off vines in our backyard...do you know how much I miss that? Aren't I frustrated the grocery stores carry a huge variety of flavors, but never boysenberry?

Didn't that make me wonder what kind of berries I actually have growing wild here this time of year?

According to my plant identification app, doesn't it look like the brambles with ripe fruit right now are sawtooth blackberries?
Don't I also have black raspberries (early to mid-July) and raspberries (late July/early August)?

Considering I cannot maintain a green grass lawn, what makes you think I can actually cultivate berry vines?

Don’t some people add sand to their grass to help soil irrigation but it’s also criticized for killing grass? Maybe that’s what our visitor was referring to?
