Have you been to Houston before?

@Cat0703a, wasn't I pretty sure someone might guess Vegas since I've practically taken up residency there this year?

@frankwbrown, hasn't it been a few years since I've been to Houston? Aren't most of my jobs in Texas more likely to be in Dallas?

Since everything is bigger in Texas, are you looking forward with excitement for that first "cup" of coffee when you get there?

Don't I always look forward with excitement to my first cup of coffee any day - Texas-sized or not?

In Texas, isn't any cup less than 32 ounces known as a demitasse?

Double-check my math, please...isn't a slice of cake served at a coworker's retirement party automatically zero calories?

If no one sees you eat the cake, does it count?

    Has anyone seen my calculator?

I didn't get my first calculator until calculus...my kids were allowed to use calculators when learning fractions...do you even need a calculator for a word problem?

Wouldn't a dictionary be more useful?

@cat0703a can probably attest to this, but what about a thesaurus?

Why would I use a thesaurus to check your math? Wouldn't that be silly?

Didn't I do math on a slide rule sometime in the last century?
Now, where did I put that thing?

Is anybody else having pizza tonight because they don't feel like making dinner?

Didn't I consider pizza last night, but thought I should wait until Friday?

Why wait? Don't you deserve pizza on a Wednesday?

Are we discussing tools that @nossmf approves of? If so, doesn’t a thesaurus rank high on this list? πŸ˜‚

Pizza on a Wednesday? Are we living wildly unrestrainedly?

As a frugal person (i.e. cheap skate), don't I try to take advantage of the specials offered at Papa Murphy's Take n Bake on Tuesdays and Fridays?
Did you have pizza tonight? Can we all live vicariously through you? πŸ•πŸ₯³πŸ˜‹

Didn't I indeed have pizza tonight? Wasn't it a mozzarella, pepperoni and parmesan Asiago pizza?

    Doesn't that sound delicious?
Didn't I have a pepperoni pizza last week, with three kinds of pepperoni? 😲
Aren't I wanting something more like chicken and artichoke with garlic sauce next time?

Doesn't it do an old man's heart good to see the student actually learn what you're trying to teach?

While my wife enjoys garlic sauce, will you please keep said abomination away from me so I can enjoy my pepperoni lovers in peace?

Did anyone else have a day like I did today, the mood of which is expressed pretty well by this song?

Did anybody else seize the opportunity to make soup on this fine fall day?
