In my experience with biscotti, instead of describing them as "crispy", wouldn't I be more inclined to use the word "stonelike"? Isn't dunking in coffee the only way I'd want to eat them?
(However, there are a few companies that make "wafer thin" biscotti, and aren't they quite tasty and thin enough to make eating them dry entirely doable? Haven't I enjoyed the Almondina brand, especially the Sesame and Choconut variety?)

Is that sarcasm? Had I said that, wouldn't it have been with some sarcasm? 😂
But wouldn't chewy be a better adjective than soft for a delicious cookie alternative to crunchy/crispy?

Isn’t it crazy thinking back to those old school days and thinking life would end if you couldn’t hang out with your friends?

*types while chewing on soft cookie* Although many of my classmates proclaimed a desire to leave town after graduation, aren't 90% still living within 20 miles of home almost three decades later?

Wouldn't that make me sad (not to mention be against the law)?

Plus, without a house, you'll be forced to sleep outside, so wouldn't it be smarter to wait until summer for such a move?

Is it less against the law in the summer?

Wouldn't it at least be warmer when you stand outside and watch it burn?
